Pier House Resort & Spa offers a private white sand beach with complimentary lounge chairs and umbrellas for guests. The outdoor pool overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, with a shallow end and poolside towels provided. The beachfront area includes a Beach Bar for drinks and snacks, and the pool is open year-round with a fence for safety.

Three on-site dining venues operate at the resort: One Duval serves seasonal, locally sourced cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; the Beach Bar offers cocktails and seafood seaside; and the historic Chart Room Bar provides free popcorn, peanuts, and hot dogs in a speakeasy-style setting. Live music is performed daily at the pool area. The resort also has a beachfront bar with happy hour and live music.

The full-service spa is the only one of its kind in Key West, offering body wraps, facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, and waxing services.
